I had a wonderful experience with Comfort Pro. Logan was the lead technician on our project and did a fantastic job replacing two of our AC units and repairing a third. He provided professional service, great pricing, and excellent communication throughout the process. The owner of the business was also very helpful. I truly appreciate their hard work and highly recommend Comfort Pro to anyone needing HVAC service!
Everyone I've encountered at Comfort Pro in Cary is so nice! Elyse and Mary in the front office helped me schedule both a maintenance visit and an emergency A/C repair that Damien came to fix today. Damien was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was SO good at explaining what was broken and how the repair would fix it, without being too technical. I initially thought the price was a bit high, but the replacement items have a lifetime warranty and it made sense for where my AC unit is in its lifecycle. Damien help... read more
