I have tried to call this company twice and left two messages in three days, no one has gotten back to me. Terrible, we are local, and I don't think they want my business.

They were called on a Saturday, but didn't come out till Tuesday, only to tell me that a part needed to be ordered from my Central AC. A week later, no one called to state if the part had come in. I called and called and was given the run around. I was even told that I would receive a call back that night. Needless to say, that call never happened either.
