Max was personable and knowledgeable. He said he would have an estimate to me within a couple of hours (as he had to check some pricing) and it was there sooner than I expected.
Had a problem with my AC not operating on August 5. Comfort Plus was able to get a service tech out the same morning. The service tech found the problem quickly, explained what the problem was, that a part was needed, and covered under warranty and was able to get my AC unit up and running within the hour. Our service tech was very pleasant and professional. A great 5 star service call!
