Alan from Comfort Plus quickly addressed lack of hot water due to a failed part in our tankless water heater. Alan went above and beyond to procure the part needed, ordered it, and returned to replace it before he went on vacation stating “I didn’t want to leave your family without hot water.” He was punctual, respectful of our home, professional, and kind. So we had problem on 4th July. Phoned at 815am spoke with Chris soon after, talked through issue and sent Jim. He fixed the problem by 10am. Great service as usual. Thank you
