Very positive experience. I have a service contract on my AC/heat pump and Jeff has been to my house before. He has always been friendly and polite. He takes time to really check/service my AC and explains what he has found and any concerns/ recommendations he thinks are needed.
Exceptional experience. Steve (Plumbing) & Leroy (HVAC) were professional and answered all my questions. I 100% recommend Comfort Plus. Been using them for years. Trust them completely!
very satisfied with the service received with one exception. The tech showed up one day early and I almost missed him. He did stay around and start service even though we were not home. All worked out.
I called for help for a spot of bother with a cooling matter after CoB on a Wednesday. I got the answering service and left a detailed message. First thing the next day, Comfort Plus called and had a technician at my house by 10:30 AM. The tech diagnosed and fixed the problem in about no-time flat. I could not have been more pleased with the speed and resolution of service.
