We are DELIGHTED with our new showers. Everything feels very high end, from the weight of the shower doors to the fixtures to the workmanship. This process could not have been any simpler or faster and it was worth every penny. In fact, this might be the most pain-free home improvement project we've ever done. We will definitely recommend Comfort Plus Baths!

Paul and his brother, Charles, are extremely friendly and professional. They have honest business practices and are very thoughtful when working in other people's homes. We began working with Comfort Plus Baths in July 2018. Paul came out to our home for a very quick estimate meeting. He provided plenty of ideas that he worked into our plan to get our bathroom completely remodeled. Paul provided us with not only quality service but excellent advise on how to customize the shower with knowledgeable expertise. We are two generations living under one roof, and we wanted to provide our aging parents with a shower that would be pleasing to the eye as a guest bathroom and yet meet the needs of 90 year old parents as well. The entire master bathroom shower was replaced using Onyx shower surround. ****estimated the job and he and his brother did all of the detail work. The project flowed seamlessly from the original estimate to completion. The work was expertly done with absolutely no problems. Cleanup and haul away was also a priority with this vendor. Of the three bids I got* ****** was the lowest and offered more of what I wanted for the money. I did some research and found nothing but good reviews, so I went ahead and hired him. He showed up for the job exactly when he said he would and finished when he said he would. He was a professional at all times, he used high quality materials and the quality of the work is impeccable! I can honestly say that I don't have a negative thing to say about this experience.

From the first phone call to the completion day, all expectations were met or exceeded. All time commitments were met. There were no surprises. We were doing some work in our other bathroom and asked if another small job could be added. They worked it in for a very reasonable rate. Although we were only replacing the shower and not a having them do a large remodel job, I felt like our work was just as important. The completed shower is beautiful.
