We Recently moved in to Comfort Place Apartments in June 2025,when we first moved in and started meeting the neighbors most seem friendly ,since July they have hired a new Maintenance man his name is Jesse, he really goes above and beyond his job to make sure you're happy, he even calls us his people and that's something special with a Maintenance guy, and when he says he will get it done he gets it done in a professional manner. After 29 asst mgrs & 2 different owners in 11 years, we "Finally" got a mgr & an owner & a mntnce that actually takes pride in the apartments & their appearance. They are stepping up to get appliances replaced, a/c's fixed or replaced & maintaining the property. It is really nice to have someone that takes pride in their job. Joel really is a very hard worker in trying to maintain 2 apartment complexes at the same time. Efrin, the maintenance person, does his best to stay on top of things. Try calling and get the fax machine tone. How are you going to manage a property if nobody can get a hold of you?

Management is not taking care of the resident's. My family member lives there are is scared to say anything. It would be great if management could change out with someone that cares about people. Someone that communicates events and when or why something is closing like the pool. This is the only form of exercise for some people and they are going through enough to have a bully telling them how many plants they can have on their porch. Apparently she tells people if they dont like it there, move. I think she should quit.
