Beware of this business!!! I booked a suite over the phone, over a recorded line, for a check in date that was a month later. Booking operator confirmed a 3 PM check-in time. 2 days later, I receive an email stating earliest check guaranteed at 5 pm. After multiple back and forth emails, I ended up cancelling my reservation, since I was travelling to Toronto for a 5 pm event. Host was very kind, gave detailed instructions on how to get to the location and the room upon arrival. The room was very cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view, the security on the main floor and getting to the floors/rooms is great as well.
Very Nice place in downtown for a trip to toronto. Clean great view. Easy to access and check in. The service is really great fast respond and everything to be sure we have a good time at the appartement thank you so much for everytime see you again toronto
