Not satisfied in the least if I could give negative stars I would. My mother sought help for her 80 yr old sister. When my mother and I waited and waited for the worker show she did not so we fed my aunt if we had not fed her she would not have eaten that day. Thereafter when my mother sought to verify whether she came the worker's supervisor accused my mother of harassment. My Aunt with Dementia was under care of Comfort of Home. The home care worker did not show consistently. We just found where she falsified blood pressure readings on days she was not here. Additionally she was verbally abusive. We have multiple witnesses regarding the yelling and cursing at my elderly aunt. We brought this to the supervisors attention Virginia Bullock and she was complicit in the elderly abuse and was not helpful in resolving the issues that we brought up multiple times.
