I have been using Comfort Now for many years for all my A/C and Heating repairs and replacements. On 5/8/2016 I started having problems with my A/C not running properly and ended up having to turn it off. This was around 9 pm on a Sunday evening. I had a furnace installed by this company, I later needed a AC unit so, I called around for quotes. Each of the companies I received a quote from informed me the furnace was not installed properly, and each had the same specific details of why. Also, I had a quote for their AC unit on my counter; I let each company see my previous quotes, and they each said the unit Comfort NOW wants to provide is not a good unit, but all my other quotes from any other company, the AC units are good units (I never told them who I received th... read more
After having a new furnace installed I had to have them come back out shortly after because the installer had left some insulation in the blower. I was able to get them to wave the service charge. Two years after the install, the thermostat they installed went out. Three years after the initial install, furnace started making a very loud noise.
