OUR FIRST CHECK UP FOR THE SUMMER.OUR APPOINTMENT WAS SET UP 8 MONTHS AGO AND WAS SURPRISED TO GET A MESSAGE THAT IT WAS TIME FOR THE CHECK UP. TECH WOULD BE THERE BEWTEEN 3&5 PM. AT 3+PM MANNY WAS RINGING OUR DOORBELL.MANNY WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL I WOULD RECOMMEND COMFORT NOW AS A+++++
Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He let me know when he was coming and was very detail oriented when explaining the repairs, including using photos.
