I had a very disappointing experience over the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. The person answering the front desk calls was extremely rude and unprofessional. Before I could even finish saying “GYN,” she interrupted me, asked for my date of birth, and immediately assumed I was pregnant. Because she cut me off mid-sentence, she started asking me irrelevant questions related to obstetrics instead of gynecology. Excellent bedside manner, excellent listener, affirms patients rights and gives time. I highly recommend.
The front desk personell, medical assistant Nikki, and Dr. Ughanze were friendly & welcoming, as this was my first time visiting this clinic as a new patient. Dr. Ughanze was very attentive to my questions & concerns. I am looking forward to continuing my care with her.
First visit for my daughter. Staff was comforting and kind. Made the experience feel welcoming and like family. Dr. Ughanze engaged her directly in questions and only looked to me when my daughter did not have the answer. My teen left relieved and not dreading her next visit. Highly recommend.
