Excellent field service and office operations. A positive experience in every way. The techs and office staff responded promptly and communicated well. The technicians were very conscientious about covering their shoes so as not to leave water and dirt in the house. Their logo'd vans were respectable and orderly. I couldn't be happier with my yearly furnance maintenance service. It was a pleasure to work with the service technician, Rotley Lewis. I was especially pleased that he didn't mind that I came down to the basement while he was working. He told me what he was doing. Later he gave me a written report. I have requested that Mr. Lewis come back in the summer to service the AC.

I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and their employees. Their communication is unmatched. Wayne and Bryan installed my new Carrier HVAC this morning, right on schedule. In less than an hour and a half I had heat flowing through the ducts. I'm so appreciative of the fine job they did.

Extremely impressed with the professionalism and service that we experienced with Comfort Monster. The team came out and did an assessment on a ductless air-conditioning system for our new expansion while it was still under construction. They were able to work with the contractor to do the proper line installations and timing for the job. They did a masterful job of installing it into a small space at the top of the room and were able to place the compressor outside under our deck with ease.
