I would not use this company. We asked if we paid, they could wait for my mom’s appointment to return her home, they said no. That was the first red flag. Then they sent a different driver to pick her up after her appointment. Her Dr. had ordered an emergency surgery for her and she was to go to the surgery center next. They asked the driver if he could drive her to the surgery center instead of home and he said no. I was the payee, they didn’t check with me or call me about this request.
