So pleased with our experience! John was prompt, explained what was wrong, what he did, and what we could do to prevent issues in the future. And he was very understanding of my 2 small boys who kept talking to him.
We have had John come out twice for both the AC and furnace. Both times, he is friendly, informative, and an effective and respectful communicator. His work is top-notch and as a professional, he is transparent about the issues he finds as well as solutions for the problems. I am grateful to have found someone who not only does excellent work, but who also has exceptional customer service!
My husband and I found John about 3 years ago and are so glad we did! He’s the first one we called anytime we had a problem with our 25 year old furnace and when it was time for a new one he replaced it the next day!
John is the most kind, trusting, and professional tradesman I have ever dealt with. He's done an AC replacement, hot water heater replacement, and routine maintenance on both our furnace and AC. The best of the best. Highly recommended.
