Came home after work and my ac not cooling, house felt like an oven. Searched ac repair near me and found ComfortMAX Heating and Cooling. Tech showed up same evening, explained the issue clearly and fixed it fast. Air feels steady again, big relief for my family.
Pretty disappointed in the sales guy (possibly owner?), to be honest. Before installing, he told me that he "could probably" get me a 10 year warranty. He did not do that. When I told him I found cheaper company, he also said he would knock off some from the quote I was given. Not surprisingly, after installing the unit, he didn't do that either. Great work and very helpful in deciding which unit would be best for our home. We couldn’t be happier! They were professional and all the installation pros were informative as they worked. The work was completed quickly which was a bonus and a year later we are still happy.
They do good work but I did have to wait 3 weeks to get an evaporator coil replaced. In june.
