The expert came out, took pictures, and provided an estimate. He completed the work then we noticed there was a leak. When I called, I was given the run around about how the portion of the work on the boiler wasn't included in the pictures which they took when in fact it was included in the pictures. Comfort Masters insisted that they'd come out and it wouldn't be covered under warranty. I'm very unhappy with Comfort Masters. They are expensive and do subpar work. Josh did a great job. He serviced our furnace, noted a part that needed replacement and got the part ordered and installed in no time. Greatly appreciated.

Josh came to our house TWICE on Sunday, Jan. 14th, the second time at 9 p.m., to fix a problem with, and the replace, a highly technical thermostat. We greatly appreciated his patience, competence, and courtesy.
