Do not use these folks! Lazy service technician came out for 2 minutes, caused more damaged and put erroneous information on outlr warranty claim which got it denied. I’m active duty Soldier with a special needs child who gets seizures from the heat and I’ve now has been out of A/C for a few more weeks trying to get this all straighten out. Professionalism was their first priority. Even the owner wiped his feet at my door, before entering. When it came to questions. Everything from price, instillation, and future service were explained from the purchasers view. The crew was knowledgeable on all aspects of the job and equipment. The outcome was more than my family could have asked for. Good People.

Russell and his crew are awesome. My parents are in Okatie and whenever they have an issue, Russell tackles it. Day or night. Couldn’t ask for a better guy. This guy gets the job done no matter what!
