Outstanding service. When I replaced my A/C in 2013, I had 3 bids. They were the middle price but unlike the other 2, they provided a 2 page list of everything they were going to do for the money. This included re-sealing all of the ducting for leaks. They finished in one day doing everything they promised. I signed up for their service contract. Rondel knew what he was doing. My heat unit is old but that didn't stop him from checking everything out. He had no problems with liting the pilot for me. I highly recommend this company.
Comfort Master was a true 5 star service. The 4 men that came for 1. The problem, 2. THE quote to fix and 3. The install were superior. Very satisfied with ALL they did. After having services with a popular Heat/AC company in the DFW area to refuse to honor a 12 yr warranty....their supposed #1 rating is a MINUS MARK. COMFORT MASTER certainly deserves a 5 STAR rating and I have and will continue to rank then with a High Recommendation!
