The heater stopped working on the worst possible time of the coldest night of the year; New year's Eve. It was 50°F in my house and dropping throughout the night. Our 15-yr-old AC unit was making a weird sound. Chris was able to quickly identify the problem (it needed a new condenser fan motor and refrigerant top-off), and repair our unit within just a couple hours of my initial call to schedule a diagnostic service visit. Thanks, Chris!
