I hired Comfort Keepers as a companion/driver for my mom. The company is well run and highly professional. Mom looks forward to Monday afternoons for her companion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for support!
I have been pleased with the caregivers provided by this company and the customer support/responsiveness from the main office. My mom seems happy and well cared for. Comfort Keepers maintains a website which is really helpful for scheduling and billing, etc. I am somewhat disappointed by the coverage in my area. Caregivers are not as readily available as I was told during signup. If my main caregiver has a conflict, the shift tends to go unfilled.
