My caregiver Darlene S. does a great job and always goes above and beyond! She is reliable and never calls off!
Comfort Keepers is an ok company. The main problem I have found with being there client is that when you need to get a hold of someone on the phone, there is never anybody available to take the call. Then when you leave a voicemail, you are lucky (on most occasions) to get a return call. I am a client and the other day I needed to cancel my caregiver for the day due to unforseen circumstances.
