This company is very UNPROFESSIONAL. This company reached out to me for work. They told me Teresa who is the manager would call me after her vacation. I never received a call from her. I then called the office 3/4 times at different dates. I sent in all documents and not to get any feedback on my application is very disappointing However, I reached out one more time and someone answered and asked me the same questions again...( do you want overnight or hourly) I stated hourly. Very easy to work with and definitely a huge relief knowing my father is receiving the extra professional care he needs!
My family has been using comfort keepers to care for my mom and now my dad for over 4 years. We love them. Right now Renee is my dad’s regular support during the week and she is by far the most wonderful, compassionate and supportive person we’ve had the pleasure of working with. Renee has been a godsend.
