I hired Comfort Keepers initially for companion care for my mother. After she fell and broke her femur, the companion care turned into the next level care. When the caregiver was not able to come to the house due to an illness, Comfort Keepers told me they didn't have anyone available and the family, which meant me, had to provide the care. Care that I was not qualified to do. I would never recommend them to anyone.
I was in need of caregiver for my mother for a week while her primary caregiver was on vacation. I reached out to Comfort Keepers and I had the pleasure of speaking with Payel Paul. This was all new to me and she was so helpful in guiding me through the process, she came out for a home assessment and made us feel very comfortable with the company and the service they provide.
