Poor communication
A disparity exists among your caregivers which is great enough for me to question how much training they receive. If a caregiver can't adjust the rails on a hospital bed, how can I leave her alone with the patient? Some of your caregivers are excellent, and I've learned that they took it upon themselves to supplement the training you provided by researching the 'how to's' of caregiving, i.e through U Tube.
