I highly recommend Comfort Keepers. Not only is the management staff nice but their caregivers are as well. Kyle is the caregiver that is working in the same building that I do. I walked around the corner, and he had residents in a circle, and he was singing and playing the piano. He was enriching the life of the resident he was with and also a handful more. Thank you, Kyle, for your dedication to seniors.

Run dont walk from here if your looking for a job! They PURPOSELY bounced my first (and last) paycheck. The HR lady lied to me and doesn't follow through. I left four messages for corporate and have heard nothing. Bad customer service, even though im not the customer. There are plenty of other agencies to work for that pay more!! RUN!

We have utilized Ms. John as a home health aide for quite a few weeks and she has been outstanding in providing hygiene care and seeing to the many needs of our 93 year old mother for whom we take care of at home. She handles every difficulty and challenge with compassion and an extensive knowledge of what her job entails. The patient looks forward to her every visit. Comfort keepers of Summerville team is amazing. We have been using their services for the last 2 years. Every staff member goes beyond the call of duty to be supportive my mom and to me who manages her care. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers. Most recently I'd like to shout out Extra special service for Sharde, Tiffany and Amber. Sharde and Tiffany are my mom's favorite care givers. They are caring, helpful, kind, supportive. I would love to write a review for Sandra from Comfort Keepers in Wallingford.. My Mom is blind so I am writing this for her.. Sandra has been wonderful and a life saver for my Mom. She is so happy with her . Sandra is always happy and goes above and beyond what she has to do.. We as a family love her and cannot say enough good things about her.. Comfort Keepers has been assisting us in the care of our disabled veteran son for a couple years now. They are always flexible, caring and professional. Jerry and Will always take our calls or return messages in a timely manner and our caregiver. Jennifer is just a blessing in the house she’s pleasant reliable and cares about our son. A most horrible noncaring organization since they changed ownership. They charge a 4 hour limit and stay for less than an hour. They also charge a 5 day minimum that you don't find out about until you get the bill. 940 dollars to show up for 30 minutes for four days and they didn't even do what we asked them to do. atrocious.

I feel they need to take more time hiring their caregivers .We were notified they had one available and she showed up on time on a Monday morning worked 4 days and never showed again. We notified the company and they had no answers on why she didnt return. nor a replacement. I would not recommend.
