Comfort Keepers was brought to our attention by Old Colony Elder Services when it became necessary to seek outside help in caring for my wife, Mary, in our home. They have some very caring, capable staff, but seem to be short handed, if a care giver calls out, it's often difficult for them to find coverage. They sometimes can't get anyone, leaving someone in need, or family needing to take their shift. Or if they can get someone to cover, they have to come at a different time. This is hard on elderly who rely on routine to keep them grounded.
We have a homemaker and a home health aid who visit weekly and they are both exceptional and professional. They have a wonderful rapport with my mom and they always go above and beyond.
