Very accommodating...flexible and willing to meet our scheduling needs as they evolved. Administrative personnel were very professional and available
Super easy to work with and the caregivers are amazing with my loved one. We highly recommend!
Our caregiving situation started out simple, but subsequently became particularly complex, with several changing requirements. But Comfort Keepers came through every time, going above and beyond to meet the special needs of my family. And for that, I am very grateful.
This was my first experience with Comfort Keepers and it was a very pleasant experience for me, and more importantly, my 99 year old cousin, who was very pleased with the quality of care she received. Lisa worked with my cousin's nephew to initially plan for and provide for the desired level of care and Rosita delivered compassionate and excellent care.
I cannot recommend Comfort Keepers highly enough! Lisa responded incredibly quickly and found me two outstanding aides on very short notice. Both were professional, compassionate, attentive and caring. They made a very stressful situation so much easier and gave the whole family complete confidence that our loved one was in excellent hands.
