When my sister returned to her apartment following cancer surgery she was seriously incapacitated. We were so fortunate to learn about Comfort Keepers. When I contacted Lisa she quickly sent a lovely woman to help my sister. She did so much to help my sister literally get back on her feet. Recently, a relative started to need home care, and a Medicare-related agency could not provide assistance. Comfort Keepers was a godsend. Lisa McNee was both professional and sympathetic, and got me the help my relative needed very quickly. I had to make a number of scheduling adjustments, which she handled with no fuss. Especially important, my relative has liked all the people she has sent.
From the first time I spoke to Lisa she was a wonderful calm caring voice during one of the most stressful life experiences. She spent the time on the phone with me on more than one occasion discussing options and the best ways to provide care for my aging ill mother. Ultimately, I moved my mother to an area that Lisa services did not cover but she still took the time to make a referral and assured me that I could call her with any future concerns. You cannot find this level of service in the health care industry in 2026.
