Terrible experience! This agency completely failed to provide proper care for my grandmother. For over a month, no actual caregiving took place — the aide was just hanging out with my grandmother’s son, drinking and smoking instead of helping, cleaning, or running errands. I trusted this company from Florida, believing they were taking care of her, only to find out later what was really happening. First of all I want to say I am very pleased with the choice to choose Comfort Keepers in Robbinsville NJ for my Dad. They made everything simple and easy to give him exactly what was needed. Second was getting us Maria as his Home Healthcare Helper; she is wonderful, so helpful and has been a godsend to our family. Her relationship with my Dad has been wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to help us out with my Dad and person like Maria to be a part of our “family”.
