Everybody from the manager down to the office staff and, of course, the caregivers are kind and caring. Their communication with the families is impeccable, and they treated my father like he was a member of their own family. It’s wonderful to deal with an agency that is honest, never over-promises but always delivers what they do promise. The manager is a good judge of character and has a knack for choosing the right people to be caregivers. I recommend them without any hesitation.
We have had a great experience with Comfort Keepers. They have had to deal with some unique scheduling adjustments for help for our mom, and the aides have all been excellent.
