We had an excellent experience with Payel and all her staff in the Monroe office who were very helpful in accommodating our need for a temporary caregiver for my husband so I could attend a 3 day family reunion with peace of mind . None of the other agencies I contacted were willing to assist us on a temporary basis . My husband was pleased with all of the caregivers that came from Comfort Keepers. We would definitely use this location again when the need arises .We felt in good hands with Payel who did the home visit.
The Comfort Keepers team was truly an extension of family. As my father aged, they helped us step up care as needed. Ana, Kristen, Lauri, Carla and rest of the staff listened with compassion and acted with professionalism and respect. Whether it be an ear to listen or addition care services. It was emotionally taxing at times. We could not have kept my dad comfortable in his home without them. That was the mission. Thank you Comfort Keepers for caring as much as we did.♥️ We are Forever grateful! Thank you
Amazing group of people in Monroe. So supportive, compassionate and kind. Payel made the process so easy which decreased a lot of stress for me. Living in Florida I worry about the care of my father but from what I have witnessed just after only two days I can return to my home knowing my father will be more than well cared for and my mother supported in my absence! These folks really care about people and keeping them safely in their own homes. Thank you so much for all that you do for your community!!
Absolutely amazing people to work with! Payel has made the process of implementing services so easy and accommodating. Explains everything, quick to respond and so very kind. Monica our caretaker is beyond fabulous! Super sweet, kind, compassionate, and very attentive. She and the services provided by CK has been more than approved by my nurse daughter which says a lot for her high standards! Thank you to everyone for the wonderful work you are doing for the elderly in keeping us in our homes! Xo
