We needed respite care for my wife. Comfort Keepers was highly recommended by a friend so we signed up and were well pleased. Once Nora became our "permanent" caregiver for three days per week, she quickly became like a member of the family. We were very fortunate to have such a caring and capable caregiver.
The staff from this las cruces location is awesome! They are very attentive and caring for my grandfather. They are helpful, respectful and always find good solutions to better his home life. Not only do they provide amazing one on one care but also their phone calls are always professional and kind! If you need any support for the elders in your life these are the people to call!! The staff who have helped us actually care about those they work with!
Alaina Johnson and her team were excellent! Her care team took care of my father for 4.5 yrs and they were a life saver since I lived out of town. They provided the best in-home care to my fathers home and my father developed a friendship with each care giver. I strongly recommend hiring comfort keepers as your dedicated in-home care services. Thank you Alaina for not only making this an easy setup on home services once my father was out of the hospital, but keeping his home care a 5 star service!
Very disappointed with this service. I needed someone experienced using a Hoyer lift. The person that they sent had very little experience if any. I canceled the service after the first day. My opinion is that they are nothing more than an expensive babysitter.
Comfort Keepers was a huge help to my mother. The administrative staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful and just went above and beyond! The care givers that helped my Mom were awesome! Very thankful that Comfort Keepers are an in home care option available in the Las Cruces area.
