Alaina Johnson and her team were excellent! Her care team took care of my father for 4.5 yrs and they were a life saver since I lived out of town. They provided the best in-home care to my fathers home and my father developed a friendship with each care giver. I strongly recommend hiring comfort keepers as your dedicated in-home care services. Thank you Alaina for not only making this an easy setup on home services once my father was out of the hospital, but keeping his home care a 5 star service!
Very disappointed with this service. I needed someone experienced using a Hoyer lift. The person that they sent had very little experience if any. I canceled the service after the first day. My opinion is that they are nothing more than an expensive babysitter.
Comfort Keepers was a huge help to my mother. The administrative staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful and just went above and beyond! The care givers that helped my Mom were awesome! Very thankful that Comfort Keepers are an in home care option available in the Las Cruces area.
I hired Comfort Keepers in December 2023 for my 86 year old mother who has dementia and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Because I live in California, I needed help for my Mom. Comfort Keepers matched my Mom with the perfect caretaker. She fit right into her routine and has become part of our family.
