From the moment that I placed a call to them after searching other care providers I was confident I had chosen the right service for my brother in law. Our first encounter with the first caregiver was flawless. It had been arranged to have a caregiver at home the day my loved one arrived from the hospital. While we were not pleased with the care provided to my Dad by some of the care givers, Greg, the owner connected with us to take ownership of the situation and apologized. Caring for the elderly is a difficult business and in speaking with Greg I could tell he is committed to taking care of your loved one as best that his staff can. Greg is a man of his word and I appreciate his gesture of reaching out and apologizing. Thank you, Greg.
Please continue to look elsewhere for assistance for your loved one. Several caregivers did not provide the services we contracted for and when we asked for reimbursement because the services were not provided, we have yet to receive a refund even when their invoice showed we are due a credit to our account.
