While we were not pleased with the care provided to my Dad by some of the care givers, Greg, the owner connected with us to take ownership of the situation and apologized. Caring for the elderly is a difficult business and in speaking with Greg I could tell he is committed to taking care of your loved one as best that his staff can. Greg is a man of his word and I appreciate his gesture of reaching out and apologizing. Thank you, Greg.

Please continue to look elsewhere for assistance for your loved one. Several caregivers did not provide the services we contracted for and when we asked for reimbursement because the services were not provided, we have yet to receive a refund even when their invoice showed we are due a credit to our account. Our experience with Comfort Keepers was abysmal and did not provide adequate care for our loved one. Please use another home care service. I filled out a form on the website and had someone call me within the hour to schedule an at home consultation. They told me someone would be coming over our home the next day and they gave me a two hour window for the appointment. I never received a confirmation email or phone call. About two hours prior to the appointment, I called the Johns Creek number trying to find out if the home consultation was still happening and if I could get a more precise time for the appointment.
