Having support in caring for my husband before his back surgery allowed me to make two needed trips this past winter. It was important to know that someone checked on him, insured the meals I had prepared were warm and on the table and that he was safe during my absence. The service was friendly, professional, affordable and exactly what we needed. We would use them again without hesitation.
The service was excellent. The representative arrived promptly to pick me up. And stayed throughout my procedure which, took a little longer than the hospital originally told me. I highly recommend this company based on this experience.

We had a great helper named Brittany. However, as they make you give them an additional 2 weeks payment, that’s when the trouble began. We sent an email and called to cancel. They said we could use the funds for 2 additional visits. They’ve repeatedly dinged our card for their (2 weeks), and now having trouble getting a return phone call, or credit to our card. Would not recommend this company as a result.
