If you have elderly parents that require reliable care, DO NOT HIRE!!! The caregivers call off and the agency "has no one to cover" How can you do this to the elderly??? Especially a veteran. Which by the way the VA is paying for care (they have contract with). No excuses!!! The owner should come out and work, if not the office staff then. How dare you say you care for the elderly, you disregard them. The VA needs to be informed of your practices.
