Terrible. Great salesmen but when it gets down to delivering the service they are an epic FAIL. They call the day before and tell you scheduled staff can’t make it or aren’t available and that team they supposedly have for your loved one doesn’t seem to exist nor does that back up agency. The sales person/financial person does not return phone calls either but that invoice arrives on time!
