The office staff are mostly unfit for office work and dealing with the public They don't treat their caregivers or clients with the respect they deserve. Several times they have had ample time to cover shifts for me and didn't. I am not bedbound and can eat and go to the bathroom independently. That doesn't mean it's ok not to fill my shift. Terrible company. I applied in July for two different caregiver positions and was never contacted even though I have prior experience. I attempted to contact them multiple times and was ignored every time. Completely rude and unprofessional.
