We are VERY new to using Comfort Keepers, but our experience thus far has been great. Madison is amazing. She is kind, gentle, and so helpful to my 95 year old grandmother. We could not have hand-picked a better person to stand in while we are away!!!

My family had a very positive experience with Comfort Keepers as they cared for my father. The staff was knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful. They explained each step of the process clearly and made sure my father was comfortable at all times. What stood out most was their genuine compassion - not just for him, but for all of us. We felt supported, informed, and never alone. I highly appreciate the level of care they provided.
We are a 16 hour client receiving a home health aide for 3 hour shifts Monday through Friday, except Tuesday which is a 4 hr shift. The aides clean the client's bathroom and bedroom daily. They assist the client to ambulate about the home, as well as act as companion. The HHA's also attend other duties upon request
