We have had a caretaker for our mother since September. She and all the others have been wonderful, so caring, and so professional. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers, they provide outstanding care and the staff is very considerate, easygoing, and flexible to work with.
Comfort keepers has a very supportive friendly work environment. Their trainings are filled with information and interactive. Support for questions is always available and the hiring process was fast. The administration and office staff is friendly and like and extended family.
I don't know if I have just been lucky or what, but every single person they have sent has significantly exceeded expectations. Four and not five stars because: * When you call them, they play non-stop advertisements while you are on hold. Seriously, I am already a customer, I am trying to work at my computer, and I have better things to do than listen to somebody's self-serving BS while waiting.
