bad service. AC started to leak since last summer, which was only the third year after it was installed. technician just keep filling Freon，never tried to fixed it or replace it. Called the office 5-6 times, left messages, never returned my call! Will fill claim on BBB! Horrible service! Be aware!

Yes, Mr.Lu had a problem and we returned to find 1) a dirty filter - reducing the air flow 2) The system was a little low on charge and we recharge the system. -- Came back Free of Charge when the weather was hotter and found system running great. Last contact with Mr. Lu he stated he was very satisfied and thanked us for the follow-up and giving him our personal phone numbers in case he had any future problems.
