As someone who worked for Comfort Keepers for a few months, as a veteran with integrity and standards, I quickly realized that this is not the type of company I would be associated with nor would I ever place a family member in their care. The owner of this franchise,Joy Homitsky Holte, lacks integrity and quite dishonest, especially when it comes to the care of their clients and the money they charge. They were great in helping my family in a time of need. Not only did they provide the nursing service we needed but understood that we needed someone sooner than later. They were flexible in understanding our needs may not be long term and their communication was awesome. From the start through the last communication they were on top of it. Highly recommend Comfort keepers!!
I have two parents under that require in-home care. Comfort Keeper homecare workers are profesional, hardworking, and interact well with my parents. I recommend them for your senior care.
