Great service and communication for my mother. Care givers were awesome!
Comfort Keepers was a great service for both my Mom and Dad. Caregivers were kind, caring and more than competent to handle anything that got thrown at them. It was great for me to be able to leave home and know they were cared for, light housekeeping would be done and they would be engaged as well. They were also great at accommodating my non-structured, ever changing schedule, including making last minute changes when necessary.
Our family would highly recommend the Buffalo, MN office if you are looking for in home care. Our elderly parents were a little apprehensive about having people they did not know coming into their home. Comfort Keepers staff were very kind, caring, and worked to develop a trusting relation with my parents very quickly. We are very pleased with their services.
In 2023 the company was acquired by a hedge fund. They now have little regard for there employees or the client. As the husband of an employee, I don't recommend this company. The office doesn't seem to know what way is up, most days they just seem incompetent. Don't put yourself or you're loved ones at risk. Avoid them.
I highly recommend Comfort Keepers. When Comfort Keepers staff was in the home, I felt totally comfortable and relieved that everything was taken care of. They kept me informed on his health, notified me of any changes, and let me know if he needed anything. They advocated for him in every situation. The staff truly brought him JOY with their kindness and by taking him on adventures. They kept his house clean, kept him clean, and he loved the meals they prepared.
