Donna Parker is the woman of the years (2024 and 2025). She is able to get my mom to do things, my mom tells me "no" to. Ms. Parker has the patience, experience, and words towards my mom, to have my mom complete those everyday activities. My family and I look forward to Donna coming those two days a week. Comfort Keepers was the only agency that answered my call during a difficult transition of care for my in-laws; they were efficient in helping me find caregivers that could satisfy our unique needs in a short amount of time, and for the most part communication was good. I would recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone who needs help with caregivers.
Imelda has been an amazing care giver for my mother-in-law. She has become her friend as well as her care giver. She takes gentle care of her. She keeps the family updated and has become part of our extended family.
Imelda is an integral part of "Team Mickey" with our family. She is observant and communicates proactively. She genuinely cares, offers good input and is very patient. We are so happy to work with her and Comfort Keepers Home Care.
If I could give more then 5 stars I would and I don't generally give the top rating for anything, because there is always something to improve on. With Imelda, I have yet to find anything that needs improving. She arrives on time, goes above and beyond her duties and care for our mother. Imelda has taken her to doctors appointments, the local senior center to pick up meals, taken her grocery shopping and lately assisting with her bill paying.
