My elderly neighbor who is 85 & a bit of dementia has a fantastic caregiver, Dana! She’s been coming 3 days a week & she is fantastic! Shes very patient & just a down to earth caring person. She’s more like a friend to her which makes us both really comfortable with her around. So much that Alice my neighbor is asking for her to come more days to be with her. Comfort Keepers Home Care has served our family very well. The office staff are great, caring and helpful and work diligently at providing excellent customer service. They assigned our family member two different caretakers during a week and both ladies have been amazing! Leticia and Susie are so caring, patient and really know how to re-direct patients suffering from memory loss. My caregivers for my father, Maria, Nicole, and Helem are awesome. From a 1 to 10, 10 being the best rating. They all are a 10. They are great assessors regarding analyzing situations that present within their shift. They quickly and efficiently handle the situation. They leave the house neat and clean. And are kind and empathetic towards my father and myself (daughter). They even feed Boots (kitty).
