Comfort Keepers has been assisting us in the care of our disabled veteran son for a couple years now. They are always flexible, caring and professional. Jerry and Will always take our calls or return messages in a timely manner and our caregiver. Jennifer is just a blessing in the house she’s pleasant reliable and cares about our son. I can’t say enough good things about this organization. Marty

A most horrible noncaring organization since they changed ownership. They charge a 4 hour limit and stay for less than an hour. They also charge a 5 day minimum that you don't find out about until you get the bill. 940 dollars to show up for 30 minutes for four days and they didn't even do what we asked them to do. atrocious.

I feel they need to take more time hiring their caregivers .We were notified they had one available and she showed up on time on a Monday morning worked 4 days and never showed again. We notified the company and they had no answers on why she didnt return. nor a replacement. I would not recommend.

I hired this company for transportation to a medical procedure and care back home two weeks in advance. I gave them my credit card. I called at least 4 times stressing how important it was and they assured me they had it taken care of. The last call I made was on Friday - previous to my Monday morning surgery appointment. I was told Okia would be at my house at 6am on Monday for my 7am procedure. This (Monday) morning no one showed up. I worked for them and they messed up my my tax information by reporting my income amount to the irs incorrectly. I called the owner to try to straighten out the matter and he wouldnt even listen to try to help correct the problem, not only that but was rude as well. I had to file a claim through the irs only then did the problem get resolved. We hired Comfort Keepers Pensacola to assist with my grandmother after she moved to Pensacola. The office staff was very helpful and understanding of her many special requests and the caregiver were extrememly professional. I would recommend calling Comfort Keepers Pensacola for any needs with a loved one.

Comfort Keepers is great! I had a hip/leg injury and needed assistance for a few weeks, a couple times a week. Kelly came out and did an assessment within a very short period of time after I called. Then, Holly helped me a lot! Pleasant, super efficient, followed directions well, on time, loved on my two dogs, wore a mask (without me asking--thank you!!), was vaccinated (thank you!!).
