Seemed nice enough. I agreed to use their agency and they told me they had found an aide for us, however, once I completed and signed an agreement with them, they said they were still looking. I waited and waited. They said it was just taking time to ‘find someone’ to provide care. Thankfully I did not pay the $150 for an assessment and did not give credit card/banking information while waiting! They didn’t even check in with me during this time; I had to call them for updates. Comfort Keepers care staff were very very good. My main caregiver was always on time and she was very attentive to my needs. She was cheerful and tender in her care. I would certainly hire Comfort Keepers again if the need arises.
