So far, we are very happy with Comfort Keepers.
Seemed nice enough. I agreed to use their agency and they told me they had found an aide for us, however, once I completed and signed an agreement with them, they said they were still looking. I waited and waited. They said it was just taking time to ‘find someone’ to provide care. Thankfully I did not pay the $150 for an assessment and did not give credit card/banking information while waiting! They didn’t even check in with me during this time; I had to call them for updates.
