Phoenix has been a reliable caregiver for my Father 3 days a week. He has advanced Alzheimer’s and she helps him with his daily skills, like showers, dressing and meals plus laundry and cleaning. She has been a Stable, god send with her calm confidence and friendly demeanor. He may forget the days of the week but remembers when Phoenix is going to come with a smile. She is always the highlight of his day and that makes us all so very happy. Don’t know what we’d do without her

Overall a well run and very helpful service. Joanne was exceedingly helpful in getting us set up and ready to go, she answered my call and came out on a weekend when no one else would. Richard and Nathan worked hard at getting us scheduled according to our needs. Andrea was very helpful when my husband’s arm unexpectedly started draining pus.
