We have been with Comfort Keepers for a little over a month. After our initial caregiver was no longer available, Alice was sent to take care of my husband. Jo Ann Lyman, a staff member of Comfort Keepers has been absolutely amazing! She has given me support working through the issues associated with a family member with dementia. She ended up referring me to the Comfort Keeper organization in Des Moines who were just as wonderful! Over the holidays, my 88 year old mother fell and broke her hip. After some time at the hospital, we called Comfort Keepers to help us with 24 hour in home care.
