I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to ANYONE! First, I had to us a true emergency need. I talked to Ashley Watson who helped me solve our immediate need with such compassion. Ashley walked us through all the options, which were so many and helped us make an immediate plan. This was such an emotional time. I am so thankful for her help and guidance. When my husband had to be admitted to the hospital, then rehab, and then sent home to finish his recovery from a fall, we were faced with a dilemma. On top of that I was due to have surgery in 4 weeks. I ended up moving my surgery another 4 weeks because I needed time to facilitate all the scheduling. Comfort Keepers was very professional, helped our family choosing appropriate caregivers for my husband who suffers from dementia as I recovered from back surgery. We had a great experience with Comfort Keepers in the last 3 months of my Dad's life. Two particular shout-outs: I worked with Michael to schedule carers to come into my Dad's home twice a day - morning and evening. When I had a last minute request, Michael worked with me to find a solution with a smile and a positive attitude.
