My family had a wonderful experience with comfort keepers for the care of my mom. The entire staff was patient and compassionate from beginning to end. We were very open and honest about our expectations and communicated that to Jamie, Jenn and Kristin from the beginning. We all worked together and my mom had the best caregiver (retired nurse) we could ever ask for. My dad also felt supported by the caregiver who educated him re: my moms dementia and medical issues. I worked as a caregiver in the Brunswick and Horry locations for quite some time. It was truly the most rewarding job experience accompanied by reliable staff, encouragement, and excellent care by the caregivers I worked with. This is an agency that takes pride in the training, care, and dependability of its workers. I was honored to work with clients on behalf of Comfort Keepers.

Highly recommend Comfort Keepers. Although they needed more time than the other companies to start services, they hands-down provided the best caregivers. Their caregivers transitioned into my friend’s home beautifully… professional, qualified, prepared and an absolute pleasure to have in the home.

Comfort Keepers has been absolutely wonderful with regards to my Dad's care. We were with another agency but they refused to send the same individual weekly and there were repeated issues with aide not showing up and/or errors with invoices. With that we researched and identified Comfort Keepers. Dad's aide is professional, kind, knowledgeable and allows Dad to have the independence he fiercely wants but with assistance.
