I needed overnight care for my father on very short notice. I phoned numerous care facilities and Comfort Keepers was highly recommended. When I phoned them they sent someone to his facility to meet with me and my father. We signed the contract and they started immediately that evening. They also had a family portal so I could see the notes each night from the care giver. I would highly recommend. We are deeply grateful for the wonderful care my mother-in-law received from Comfort Keepers Home Care. She had dementia and often needed gentle reminders throughout the day, and the caregivers approached every interaction with patience and respect. They consistently helped with her hygiene, from bathing to dressing, and kept her comfortable and dignified. In 2022, Comfort Keepers entered our lives and they have never let us down. And I say "us" because the peace of mind I have knowing that I can depend on CK to be there when I can't be, to take care of my Mom as well as I ever could, is priceless. Comfort Keepers has always gone above and beyond what would be expected of any cleaning company. When emergencies happened they always did their best to satisfy the customer by rescheduling or rebooking cleaning dates. They were there when we needed extra cleaning done when my brother who was handicapped got physically ill. Always ready to assist in any way possible. I would recommend this company, they have a heart!
