This is a good service for people that need companionship and simple help. They are not a good service for people who need more complex care. The helpers are generally retired nurses that tend to be older in age. Due to this, I felt that the employees, while nice, are mostly interested in easy work. Lastly, Comfort Keepers is very unforgiving if your situation changes and you have to cancel care. They will make you pay. Not very professional.
This has been a great experience as a caregiver! the other employees that i have interacted (our office staff) with have all been very sweet, caring people. especially Shelbey!! she is absolutely amazing and helps however she can and is just the sweetest person. i would definitely recommend employment here for someone looking for a job. i absolutely love working here!!!!
