We hired Comfort Keepers for one night a week to stay with my aunt and it was a disaster. The aide, Angela, smoked inside without permission just after we had fumigated the house for smoke. Additionally she put on a television show that was offensive and made my aunt extremely uncomfortable. My aunt could not sleep the entire night because she did not trust Angela. Angel Satterfield is one person(caregiver)who has been able to break boundaries with dad when I was absent and recently now that I am here to care for him. She motivates him to move. Professionally, she has been such a blessing in my father’s mental health which is declining. Please know how big my dad’s smile is now she is back.
